To meet the varied needs of our boating, yachting and fishing friends,Marina Pez Vela will be home to 308 concrete floating slips accommodating boats from 35 feet to yachts of 200 feet or more.

Marina services for wet slip owners include;

Upon completion, the development will include an upscale boutique hotel, residential units, restaurants, shopping and a retail center including tackle shop, marine supplies, deli and grocery store. Marina amenities will also include such luxuries as infinity pool, spa, fitness center and sun deck.

The marina will begin accepting boats by year’s end, marking the beginning of a new era in Costa Rica boating and yachting.
